The new 2016 Honda Fit or so-called HR-V is keeping its 13-year old tradition and maintaining its significant look which will be updated, by all means.

Exterior and interior design

As far as the exterior design of the new 2016 Honda Fit is concerned, it will be slightly redesigned – it will have a different bumper in the front as well as a newly designed grille. It will be available as a hybrid model and we will be able to choose between all kinds of different colors. Some of them are pretty bold such as yellow like the sun and blue like the ocean. It will be equipped with alloy wheels of 14 inches with tires that will provide it with fuel efficiency because of its rolling resistance which is pretty low. When it comes to the performance of the new 2016 Honda Fit, it will be the one part where this model will receive the most changes. In the beginning, the basic that was once the one of 1.5L will be changed into a 1.3L engine which will be able to produce up to 130 hp and 100 pound feet of torque. We can expect the same manual transmission of six speeds. The fuel consumption went up to 42 mpg. Also, as we’ve mentioned before, there will be a hybrid option available and it will have the same 1.3 replacing the 1.5L engine. It will have seven speeds, a dual clutch gearbox and it will be able to generate up to 150 hp and a fuel consumption of 50 mpg.

As far as the price of the new 2016 Honda Fit is concerned, it will probably stay in the zone of its predecessor so it will be around $16,000. We will welcome it in the beginning of the year 2016. It will keep amazing us and taking our breath away with its style as well as with its capabilities.
